Thank you for joining us on the Alexander Stewart to help raise funds for the restoration of the Alma Doepel.
Much work has already been accomplished, and we are $1.7m away from completing the restoration. Of this, $800k is needed to finish the hull and have her back in the water for the final fit out.
A wicked combination of fundraising, donations and sponsorship is achieving our goal. So thank you for being a part of the “fundraising component”. We raised $3,000 on the day, and that is a great effort.
A big thank you to Ivan Mitchell who made the Alexander Stewart available for our fundraising. Ivan and his team run regular cruises around the bay every Sunday during the summer months, and you can arrange a sleep over on board dockside, if you want something a bit different.
